Barça ends the streak of Valencia de Jesús Oliva

Barça ended Jesús Oliva's winning streak (0-4) at Valencia. The coach, who had counted his three games in charge of the Che bench as victories, conceded his first defeat against the Barça giant after the dismissal of Andrea Esteban. The Barcelona team was much superior led by Rolfö and Oshoala who shone especially. The Nigerian has 15 goals in 17 league games, while the Swede scored a double as a winger. The left-back went to the young Nuria Rábano, who made the most of the minutes that Giráldez offered her, completing her great game with two assists. Rolfö (2), Oshoala and Aitana signed the 17th win for the Catalans in the F League.

Giráldez's team showed that they have left behind those cold starts to the game and jumped on Puchades with all gears on. Barça completely overwhelmed a Valencia unable to contain the onslaught of the Catalans who, in just over twenty minutes, were already winning 0-3. Fridolina Rolfö needed only three minutes to open the scoring, assisted by another of the stars of the night, Asisat Oshola. The Nigerian received between the lines and left the ball behind for the Swede to push it into the back of the net. The connection between the two was about to become the second goal a few minutes later when the tables were turned and Rolfö sent a great assist to Oshoala, who wasted the pass with a shot that went too high. Earlier, Asun Martínez gave Barça one of the few scares trying to surprise Paños with a powerful outside shot. The goalkeeper from Alicante, very attentive, flew to deflect it and the ball ended up going wide after hitting the crossbar.

It would be one of the few concessions of a Barça focused on attack that saw the score widen reaching the quarter hour of the game. Nuria Rábano, who had joined the attack running along the entire left flank, assisted Oshoala so that the African scored her fifteenth league goal. Giráldez's team did not lower the piston and seven minutes later the third arrived. A cross from Geyse that rejects the Valencian defense and that, between Rolfö and Torrejón, ends up entering the goal of Enith Salón.

The Barca monopoly would only be broken once more before the break, in a counter attack by Ivonne Chacón that they managed to neutralize between Rábano, who dropped to the ground to make the Colombian's shot uncomfortable, and Paños, who covered well to avoid the goal from the valencianist.

The second half started as usual, with Barcelona determined to close the game. And he did it. Aitana Bonmatí needed just a minute to make the fourth after an assist from Rábano, the second of the game for the Galician side. The intense pressure from the Barça team caused Valencia to have a lot of difficulties getting the ball out from behind and in attack, they only had a couple of chances to close the gap: a shot from Fiamma from the ground that Paños caught and a shot from Altuve that It is crashed into the post. It would be the only danger for Valencia against a Barça that controlled the game at all times to leave Antonio Puchades with a new victory.

With this victory, Barça remain the undefeated leader of the F League after beating the match corresponding to matchday 13, which was postponed in December due to the Champions League commitments of the Barça team, which with this completed confrontation catches up in the ranking. This Sunday the Barcelonans receive Betis (4:00 p.m.) at the Johan Cruyff and next week they will visit Alavés on the last day before the national team break.
