Asraf Beno reveals his "trauma" after passing through 'Survivors': "I don't see life in the same way"

Asraf Beno, known for his participation in the popular Telecinco program 'Survivientes', has openly shared the "trauma" he has experienced as a result of his time on the reality show. The young man, who is immersed in the preparations for his wedding with Isa Pantoja, revealed that his participation in the program has left a deep mark on his life.

"I would go back again and again. I didn't want to leave there because at the survival level I had a great time. I miss everything and every day I remember. I see a tree and I see what fruit it is. A bit of trauma has remained. I'm going to the beach and I want to catch the crabs that are on the rock. Yes, I have been traumatized," Asraf confessed.

One of the main difficulties that the former contestant faced was the separation from his family during his stay on the island. However, after meeting with his loved ones, he has managed to find some satisfaction in food: "At the food level, nothing. I have eaten sweets, hamburgers, pizzas, cookies ... I am already satisfied."

Contrary to what many might think, Asraf admitted that he is not as mentally "strong" as he appears. During his participation in 'Survivors', he confessed to having cried constantly and feeling exhausted, but he always maintained the illusion, which helped him to move on. The support of his family and his fans was also essential in overcoming the challenges of the program.

Currently, Asraf is still in a state of "shock" after spending four months cut off from the everyday world. The experiences lived on the island have altered his perception of reality. "Going to a shopping center is very hard for me because there are so many people and it's crazy. I don't see the streets in the same way and driving and seeing the cars moving is also strange. I don't see the plants in the same way. The Another day I saw a cockroach and I caught it. I'm a bit 'shocked' because you don't see life in the same way. Being in such difficult conditions, because in the end I don't know whether to call it a sequel, but it's a lesson," said the former contestant.

In addition to the emotional impact, Asraf has also experienced physical consequences. The former contestant revealed that he suffers from back pain and has difficulty falling asleep in a bed. "I have a hard time. My back hurts and I sleep little. At home I am sleeping on the sofa because I feel more comfortable in discomfort."

Despite the challenges he has faced, Asraf Beno is determined to resume his working life and move forward with his projects. Through his experience on 'Survivors', he has learned valuable lessons that, although they have left a mark on his life, have also allowed him to grow and learn.
