The National Police have arrested a dangerous criminal of Serbian nationality in Malgrat de Mar (Maresme), wanted by the German judicial authorities, who charge him with a crime of drug trafficking, and demand that he serve a fifteen-year sentence by final sentence.

The fugitive used numerous security measures, which led to an intense search by the investigation groups, locating his whereabouts, initially in the town of Tortosa (Tarragona).

A large police device was established, with surveillance and follow-up that ended with the arrest of the fugitive, without his resisting, together with another person of the same nationality, in a parking lot of a shopping center in the town of Malgrat de Mar (Maresme). .

After his arrest, he proceeded to request his transfer to the offices of the Provincial Commissioner of Tarragona to carry out police proceedings, reporting the arrest to the Group of Fugitives and to the Central Court of Instruction of the National Court for his subsequent transfer to Madrid and made available to the courts of the claimant country.
