A man has been arrested in Valladolid after covering his face and forcing the door he stole 3,600 euros from a central hotel establishment in the city, from which he had been fired two months before, as reported by the National Police in a statement.

A man has been arrested in Valladolid after covering his face and forcing the door he stole 3,600 euros from a central hotel establishment in the city, from which he had been fired two months before, as reported by the National Police in a statement.

The man was arrested last Tuesday and the robbery occurred on Sunday, September 3, when the owner reported the violent robbery that had occurred at his premises that same morning.

A worker found the back door of the bar forced open and the safe open, with 3,600 euros of bills and coins missing.

As a result of the investigation carried out by National Police agents, it was determined that the alleged perpetrator of the events was a former employee, fired two months earlier.

The thief, at dawn, covering his face with a hood, panties and gloves, entered the premises by forcing the door and going to the usual places where they kept the money, he seized the establishment's collections. The detainee was released, pending trial, after sending the police report to the judicial authority.
