An agent of the Mossos d'Esquadra del Bages (Barcelona) entered prison last Sunday accused of an alleged crime of sexual assault.
As Nació Digital has advanced and sources from the Mossos have confirmed to Efe this Monday, agents of the body arrested a colleague last Friday for allegedly having committed a sexual assault.
According to the aforementioned sources, this alleged sexual assault, of which no further details have been provided, would have been committed outside the workplace of the arrested policeman, that is, in the private sphere of the Mossos agent.
After being handed over to the acting Manresa Investigating Court last Sunday, the judge ordered his entry into provisional prison. The facts are under summary secrecy.
