An 82-year-old man arrested for the alleged murder of his wife in Orihuela

An 82-year-old man of Norwegian nationality was arrested this Friday for the alleged murder of his wife, 76 years old and of British nationality, in a home in Orihuela (Alicante).

The Civil Guard has confirmed to EFE that at 7:40 a.m. this Friday it became aware of a possible crime of gender violence and that the victim had injuries that could correspond to an assault with a knife. The armed institute has indicated that there is no history of previous gender violence between them.
