Albiach believes that Junts would have to dismiss Francesc de Dalmases

The president of the En Comú Podem parliamentary group, Jéssica Albiach, believes that Junts should remove its vice president Francesc de Dalmases. After the dissemination of the party's internal report, Albiach has denounced a "patrimonial sentiment of the media" on the part of the also deputy. In statements to Ràdio 4 and La 2, she has also accused the president of the suspended Parliament, Laura Borràs, of acting with "omission" and "complicity" in this case that involves her right hand.

Albiach has called for "exemplary" public office and has linked Dalmases' behavior to "bullying" after the interview with Borràs on the TV3 FAQS program last July. The report commissioned by the management of Junts to Magda Oranich assures that the deputy had an “incorrect” attitude and that the TV3 journalist felt “intimidated”. For this reason, Albiach is committed to applying sanctions through the Parliament's regulations, which would be of an economic nature.

Regarding the approval of the Catalan budgets, the leader of En Comú Podem has called on the Government to carry out an “exercise of humility” and to dialogue with the rest of the groups. According to Albiach, the Minister of Economy, Natàlia Mas, has not yet contacted them. “ERC acts as if it had an absolute majority”, she has criticized, and has once again insisted on the idea of forming a “stable bloc” in the legislature.

At the state level, apart from the accounts, what is being publicly debated in recent days is the need or not to reform the crime of sedition. Albiach has advanced that there could be a commitment between governments to address the reform after the next dialogue table, which is scheduled to be held before the end of the year. The proposal of the commons is to precisely define the crime and specify that it applies in the case of "violent uprising with weapons".
