The South African actress and model Charlbi Dean, star of The Triangle of Sadness, a film that won the Palme d'Or at the last Cannes Film Festival, has died at the age of 32, as confirmed by Deadline.

According to the same media, Dean died this Monday in New York City victim of "a sudden and sudden illness."
