The woman ended the life of her father, taking advantage of the fact that the man was sleeping, and later told her that he did not let her smoke at home.

The Northern Metropolitan Police Region Homicide Group has taken over the investigation. A psychiatric coroner will assess the detainee throughout today. The mayor of Sant Adrià de Besòs, Filo Cañete, regretted the crime and assured that the two daughters who lived with the victim suffered from "serious psychiatric disorders".
