A victorious Dúo Dinámico sets the note of nostalgia in Terramar

Ramón Arcusa and Manuel de la Calva began their journey in the world of music, not imagining that at 85 years of age they would continue at the foot of the canyon and with a faithful and intergenerational audience singing at the top of their lungs the songs that led them to stardom. The Barcelonans were once again the Dynamic Duo this Saturday and showed that they are still as fireproof on stage as ever.

Punctual for their appointment, the most emblematic musical couple of the 60s did not fail their followers and at 10 p.m. they began a recital with an applause I will resist, the quintessential soundtrack of the pandemic. When the first chords sounded, the public wanted to immortalize the scene with their phones. Some fans even complimented them from the stands and more than one raised their hands to their hearts, probably remembering a loved one.

Jokes and applause did not stop throughout the night and the support of the attendees was unconditional. "It's been a long time since we got the tickets. We really wanted it to come tonight”, assured a group of friends minutes before the start of the show. Adults and young people sang along with the protagonists of the night a repertoire full of emblematic songs from the history of Spanish pop music. "We sing songs that some of you helped to get to know each other, fall in love or to sing and dance at parties," the vocalists assured.

Summer Love, Those Black Eyes and a bumpy Lolita Twist, which forced Manuel to sit down due to the heat and emotion, topped the hit list, including the unforgettable I would like to be and 15 years has my love.

An ode to nostalgia both for the songs and for the images of movies, series and events that were projected throughout the performance, referring to the same time in which the couple carved out a niche for themselves in the industry.

Aforo and vocalists remembered those wonderful years and showed that being young is just a matter of attitude.
