A motorcyclist died this Saturday in Barcelona when the vehicle he was driving on the Ronda del Litoral left the road, according to sources from the Port Police, whose members have intervened in this accident.
The event took place around seven in the morning at the height of exit 20 of the Ronda, that of the Morrot, in the direction of Besos, when for unknown reasons, the 37-year-old motorist left the road . The victim was the sole occupant of the wrecked vehicle.
The Port Police agents have then alerted the Medical Emergency System and the judicial authority to remove the body.
This is the tenth fatality in 2023 in a traffic accident in Barcelona, which also adds to the 61 that have been recorded on Catalan roads so far this year in a total of 53 fatal accidents. One in three people who died was a motorcyclist.
