A couple and a child died this afternoon in the fire of their home in the Murcian town of Ceutí, apparently due to lack of oxygen, since the bodies were not charred.
According to sources from the Emergency Coordination Center and the Civil Guard, the discovery occurred around 2 p.m. after the notice given by some neighbors when they saw the blinds of the house, located on Magdalena Street in the town, with a blackish color and somewhat melted.
When the couple's neighbors noticed the state of the blinds in the house and did not see them with the usual frequency, they knocked on the door and when no one opened the door, they also called them. When they couldn't locate them, they notified the police.
Agents from the Local Police and the Civil Guard, as well as firefighters, have gone to the scene and upon entering the property have found the lifeless bodies of a woman, a man and a child.
According to the first hypothesis, the origin of the fire could be an electrical fault that would have caused slow combustion.
The Civil Guard is at the scene investigating the events.
Neighbors of the deceased have indicated that they had not seen them since Thursday and that the child had not gone to school on Friday.
