And, after passing the first knowledge test, he has taken the physical test with the gender change application certificate dated for that same day. A circumstance for which the qualifying court decided to carry them out twice. As a man and as a woman.
In order to have both scores for when the Ministry of Equality and the Community of Madrid send them the pertinent guidelines on how to act in this case that has occurred for the first time after the approval of the Trans law and that will set a precedent,
Specifically, the Torrelodones Councilor for Security, Víctor Arcos, explained to Efe that the most contentious test -to which 54 applicants applied for six places- is the medicine ball, in which women use a 3-ball. kilos compared to the 5 kilos used by men.
And when performing the test with the women's scale -that is, with the 3-kilo ball-, the applicant directly passed the pit in which the test is carried out.
