The fall occurred at 7 a.m. last Sunday in the building located at Paseo de la Delicias number 125, in the Delicias district in Madrid. The young man, who was returning after going out partying, realized that he did not have the keys to his home and began to climb through the windows to try to reach his house.
However, when he grabbed hold of some bars, they gave way and the young man rushed towards an interior patio, dying instantly from severe trauma. After the neighbors warned him, Samur-Civil Protection paramedics arrived at the scene and confirmed his death. Subsequently, agents from the National Police and the judge on duty came to certify the removal of the body.
Last August, a 23-year-old man was seriously injured after falling from the facade of his building, in the Madrid neighborhood of Pueblo Nuevo, which he climbed to enter his house after forgetting the keys inside.
