With this delicious breeze we will enjoy a moment of pleasure on the seashore. It is an organic wine with very special characteristics and a color tone that would blend in with the sunset. On the nose, notes of candied orange, dried flowers such as chamomile, pippin apple and aromatic herbs such as hay and cereals emerge. In the mouth it is very broad, fresh and leaves a pleasant memory of quince on the finish.

If a white wine made with Riesling grapes is always a gift for the senses, when you add that it has a certain age and a great price, it is already a luxury. Citrus is expressed, with notes of pineapple, aromatic herbs, hydrocarbons and flint. In the mouth, acidity and minerality are perfectly combined with a saline finish, where the hydrocarbon notes that reveal its age chime again.

In this white wine we find a perfect expression of the Madrid Malvar, in the town of Valdilecha. The character of the wine is very marked by the calcareous soil. Its golden color is due to its fermentation with skins and some 400 and 500 liter barrels. It offers aromas of stone fruit such as apricot, grapefruit, herbal and quince. In the mouth it is fresh and its finish leaves a sensation of pleasant bitterness and slight salinity.

Toni Carbó is currently responsible for continuing the good work of a family with a long history in Alt Penedès, where they are committed to native varieties and they work organically. In this wine, the skins are macerated for a while and then fermented in cement tanks. An orange wine is obtained with dominance of citrus, pippin apple, quince and flowers. In the mouth it is fresh and with a slight bitterness on the finish.

White wine, organic and very surprising with a lees time of eight months. Its elaboration is handmade and ancestral, something that can already betray its orange color. This Brisat is macerated with the whole grape and it will add a pleasant bitterness to the wine. It is very citric in aromas, with grapefruit and blood orange, it also offers us dried herbs and flowers. In the mouth it is broad, refreshing and with a long finish.

It would be a sweet wine of height and absolutely balanced. It would be a pleasure to take it in the mountains or by the sea. Its nose is very fragrant, sweet, delicate and full of nuances. Notes of honey, dried apricots, candied orange, apricot and flowers such as orange blossom stand out. The palate is a true delight, where sweetness and acidity blend perfectly.

This project of one of the most important wineries in Chile is located in Lo Abarca and its vineyards are located in a cold area and next to the sea. What at first raised doubts due to a risky bet, is today a great success for obtaining a Burgundy-style Pinot Noir in Chile. On the nose it is balsamic, with notes of licorice, fresh red fruit and flowers. In the mouth it is fresh, delicate, elegant and with fine tannins.
