A Junts report determines that Dalmases intimidated a TV3 journalist

The internal file that JxCat has opened to the vice president of the party, the deputy in the Parliament of Catalonia Francesc de Dalmases, concludes that he had an "incorrect" attitude after "losing his temper in an exaggerated way" when he scolded a journalist from the FAQS program on TV3.

The document on which the file is based has been drafted by the lawyer Magda Oranich and, according to the Nació Digital portal, it states that the journalist felt intimidated by Dalmases.

The leaders of JxCat, Laura Borras and Jordi Turull, already have the report, which will also be submitted to the JxCat guarantee commission so that it can rule on the matter.

The event that caused this incident took place when on July 9 the President of the Parliament now suspended, Laura Borràs, was interviewed on the TV3 program FAQS and, later, Dalmases scolded the journalist and deputy director of this space, Mònica Hernàndez, not liking the development of the interview.

The report has been prepared by Magda Oranich, appointed for this purpose by the party leadership and who chairs, at the same time, the JxCat guarantee commission.
