Single's day is for married couples

Yesterday was Bachelor's Day, that wretch that no one reminds him that he leaves home little warm, and to celebrate it I decided to take advantage of the bargains with which large chains celebrate such an important day.

–I want the yoga pack, with its drop-down mat.

The clerk praised my choice of life – at her age!, she must have thought – and was about to collect when I confessed that, in truth, I am a divorced man with the pretense of being a bachelor.

-The price is the same.

What if it turns out I'm married?

-The price does not change...

What I say: we can now change our sex, our lifestyle or our mayor. The world will continue to revolve around married people, a lobby that no one faces, least of all the commercial chains that yesterday offered bargains on behalf of singles.

Not in my name!

Without going into the fact that Single's Day is a Chinese invention, prior to Black Friday that marks Thanksgiving, Christmas's appetizing day, how is it possible that married people can take advantage of offers, such as they do - the very predatory – with free women, in unfair competition?

Society continues to mistrust singles because they shy away from commitments and parenthood, and what Europe needs is stability and children, European and non-Chinese children. From the age of 50, the single person is perceived as a knucklehead who should be matched based on stimuli, gypsy curses – who will take care of him tomorrow? – or the demoralization transmitted by these gangs whose beneficiaries are the married ones who they practice yoga and walk on a mat to get airs in the open market.

Like many divorcees, I believe in marriage, children and lentils Rioja style, but if something so simple is difficult for me, isn't it more prudent to wait a few years before addressing the first two questions?

Bachelor's Day is, then, a tall tale that benefits from being separated, divorced, married, widowed, the wayward Clarita and even Medina Cantalejo, a great referee and a better person. Singles are the sedition of humanity.
