These are free conferences that will take place in Paral·lel. Specifically at the Casa de la Música Paral·lel 62 and El Molino, spaces in which multiple talks, debates and project presentations will take place. On the same 19th, the programming will hit the streets and take to the avenue with various activities, such as a radio show with Marc Giró and the illustrator Flavita Banana or a live community television program.

Participants include, among others, Alexandra Xanthaki, United Nations Special Rapporteur for cultural rights; Catherine Magnant, director of the policy unit of the general directorate for education and culture of the European Commission or Paola Leoncini Bartoli, director of cultural policies and development of UNESCO.
