‘Fear The Walking Dead’ Season 3 Key Art Hints At Dark Times Ahead For Nick [PHOTO]

AMC released the key art of “Fear The Walking Dead” Season 3 and it shows Nick Clark (Frank Dillane) looking dejected and bloodied in the backdrop of a desert. The blood on his face makes on an interesting pattern. The photo says “Fear what you become.” Are things going to get worse for the former drug addict?

Last season ended with Nick leading Luciana’s (Danay Garcia) people to the Mexico-U.S. border to what he believed was a refugee camp. Unfortunately, once they arrived there, they were greeted by a barrage of bullets shot by a militia who were dressed in American army uniform. Luciana got shot and Nick was rendered unconscious after one of the militia’s group members attacked him.

Although the Nick and Luciana are alive in the Season 3 premiere, things are not looking good for them. Also, he no longer feels immortal and infallible.

Meanwhile, Nick’s mother Madison (Kim Dickens) is happy to be reunited both physically and emotionally to her partner Travis (Cliff Curtis). But her daughter Alicia (Alycia Debnam-Carey) feels fractured after killing Andres (Raul Casso) and fleeing the luxurious hotel.

Elsewhere, in Season 3 of “Fear The Walking Dead,” Ofelia (Mercedes Mason) needs to muster the savagery of her father if she wants to survive. She is being held captive by the same American militia group that shot Luciana.

Season 3 introduces several new characters such as Troy (Daniel Sharman), Jake (Sam Underwood) and Russell (Dayton Callie). All three characters are members of the Otto family – a survivalist group who prepared for the fall of democracy but weren’t expecting the dead to rule the world.

“FTWD” has already been renewed for a fourth season which means AMC is very confident about the future of this TV series.

“Fear The Walking Dead” Season 3 premieres two back-to-back episodes on Sunday, June 4 at 9 p.m. EDT on AMC.
