Copa del Rey: Schedule and where to see the draw for the first round of the competition today

Six months after Real Betis Balompié lifted the Copa del Rey for the 2020/21 season, the first round of the competition begins with more than a hundred teams immersed in the fight. In total, 110 teams will compete in a round that will be played on the weekend of December 12 and 13. This Monday, October 24 at 12:30 p.m. in the Ciudad del Fútbol de Las Rozas, the draw will take place and can be followed through the streaming of the Federation, Teledeporte, by RTVE Play and by its YouTube channel. La Vanguardia will offer live monitoring of everything that happens at the event.

The qualifiers of this first round will be held in a single match, with the lower category team playing as local. There will be 55 games that come out of the drums. All the First Division teams will be there with the exception of Real Betis, Real Madrid, Valencia and Barcelona, ​​exempt from this first round due to their participation in the Spanish Super Cup. Racing de Santander also goes directly to the next round as the winner of the last First Federation championship.

A total of 110 teams divided into six different categories of Spanish football will participate in the draw. Balls from 16 clubs from the First Division, 20 from the Second Division, 19 from the First Federation, 34 from Second B, 7 from the Third Division, the four semifinalists of the Federation Cup for the 2022-2023 season and ten Territorial Category teams from of the previous round.
