A home in Long Island is back on the market, and it might appeal to some Wall Street types—or movie buffs.
A home that once belonged to the infamous Wall Street stockbroker Jordan Belfort, whose character was immortalized by Leonardo DiCaprio in the film “The Wolf of Wall Street,” is now up for sale.
The palatial five-bedroom and six-and-a-half-bathroom home, located in Old Brookville, New York, is currently listed for $3.4 million, Architectural Digest reported Thursday. The home was listed by Douglas Elliman Real Estate and, in fact, mentions Belfort’s partying days within the home as a selling point for the manicured, 8,700 square foot home.

“Truly designed for partying on a grand scale as Belfort loved to do, it has been exquisitely transformed by its present owners into a gracious and inviting home, impeccably appointed with stunning architectural details and the quintessence of tasteful interior design,” the listing reads online.
The stucco-and-stone home sits on 2.06 acres and features amenities like a Roman pool with a cabana pool house, a three-car attached garage, a terrace with a built-in grill and even a pond at the rear of the property. Inside, the home has a “ballroom-sized” sunken living room and, of course, a billiards room with a walk-in wet bar.
Design features include inlaid wood floors, an oversized stone fireplace and ceilings with crown moulding, among other design details. The estate is also within proximity to golf courses, beaches, the Long Island Railroad and to the nearby community.
While the actual Jordan Belfort currently resides in Hermosa Beach, California, his New York legacy lives on at the 5 Pin Oak Court home. The home was eventually seized from Belfort by the federal government and sold in 2001 to help pay down the amount Belfort owed for fraud, according to Reuters.
