“Bulletproof Blended Learning Design” Now Available as an E-Book

Written by Frank Troha, a long-time instructional design consultant and professor, the book presents his unique approach to achieving the optimal integration of traditional face-to-face learning with today’s e-learning technologies.

Troha's three-part blended learning design model has been endorsed by adult learning authorities and corporate practitioners, including renowned instructional design expert, Jerrold Kemp.

Central to the model is a detailed 12-step process for designing a blended learning course. Supporting the process are: a.) Recent research findings that can help answer questions that often arise during design, e.g., "What is the recommended ratio of self-study time to instructor-led learning time?", and b.) Special tips relating to project management and quality control, e.g., "Develop and confirm a precise, comprehensive set of selection criteria before interviewing external e-learning providers."
