With the help of Internet technology, Antarctica is warming up.
A free email service, called Heartwarmers4u, has announced it is now sending
it's daily heartwarming message to its first member who resides at the world's
most frigid region near the South Pole.
"Thousands of our members in 70 countries on six continents have been
enjoying our service, but we never had a member from that seventh and last
continent. One of our members who had a friend stationed at McMurdo in
Antarctica referred us, and the friend was delighted to join," said Lee
Simonson, publisher of Heartwarmers4u. "We can now truly say we have a global
reach."
The service provides daily messages filled with inspirational stories from
people around the world who tell their true tales of courage, hope, and the
triumph of the human spirit over adversity. "There are a lot of positive and
uplifting stories about people who have overcome great hardships you never see
or hear about. Our job is to let people know they are not alone and that there
is always hope and a silver lining in whatever they must deal with," said
Simonson.
Free membership to the service can be obtained visiting the website at: http://www.heartwarmers4u.com.
