Hunter Aircraft Announces Shareholders Meeting and Vote

A Hunter Aircraft Corporation spokesman announced today that Hunter has
scheduled a shareholders meeting for 9:00 am, Saturday April 5, 1997, at the
Company's Corporate offices in Alexandria, Virginia.
Joseph Meuse, Director of Investor Relations, stated that "the Company has
refocused its business segments, and we want to update our shareholders."
The Company intends to focus on two business sectors: Aviation Services
including parts parts overhaul, parts management, ground handling, cargo
operations, aircraft cleaning, airport facility maintenance, and equipment
leasing and the Design and Manufacture of fixed-wing and rotary aircraft for law
enforcement, government, and general aviation use.
Separately, the Company announced today that shareholders rejected a proposal
to acquire Neptune Aviation Equipment & Facilities Inc., of Las Vegas, Nevada.
