GRANITE DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION NAMES NEW PRESIDENT

The Board of Directors of Granite Development Corporation announced today the
appointment of Richard LeDuke as President of this emerging real estate
development company.
Mr. LeDuke, a graduate of Florida Atlantic University, brings to Granite 20
years of experience in the commercial real estate development and acquisition
arena. As President of Granite, he will lead the Company's aggressive
acquisition efforts, as well as oversee construction development and financing.
Granites' growth plan calls for the company to aggressively acquire and
develop three distinct types of properties throughout the United States:
Property that has all entitlements in place, income producing residential
facilities, and commercial strip centers.
