Centra Subsidiary Announces Acquisition of Assets Totaling $ I .3 Million

Mr. Chad Sparks, President of Crown III Inc., the wholly owned subsidiary of Centra Capital Corporation announced today that Crown III has acquired all of the assets of Murphys Brewery of Murphys, California .

The company has also acquired The Old Security Pacific Bank building in Sonora California. Mr. Sparks commented, " with both acquisitions finalized, we will now begin the process of converting the building into a 49er theme Gold Country restaurant and brew pubs'. Sonora, California is located in the historic gold country of Northern California near the site where the legendary 19th century American Author, Mark Twain resided for a period of time during his travels throughout the West

The assets totaling $1.3 million was acquired in a stock and cash transaction.

Crown III is a California based corporation that specializes in food and beverage wholesale distribution and retail operations. The company distributes several micro-brewed beers through the Adolph Coors Brewing company's distribution network.
