Centra Subsidiary Announces Double Digit Growth

Technology Logistics Systems, a subsidiary of Centra Capital Corporation announced today that revenues for the last 6 months have doubled. Revenues for the year have grown from $1.5 million in 1996 to an annual growth rate that will exceed $3.0 million in 1997.

During the last year TLS has adopted a business charter of account expansion to increase its base and diversification to allow for maximum growth and minimal risk. The TLS niche lies in its ability to provide full Logistics Operations for their clients. TLS has affiliated operations in all major US cities as well as International operations based in Amsterdam and Singapore.

In addition to growth by account expansion. the company is also in an acquisition mode whenever potential synergism exists between TLS and market place demand.

The direction of the company continues to be an aggressive pursuit of seeking and developing hightech multi-national companies that require fast response after market parts and service support programs for their customers.
