CHANCELLOR CORPORATION, "CELR" ANNOUNCES EXCLUSIVE LOTTERY GAMING AGREEMENT IN "CHINA"

A spokesperson for CHANCELLOR CORPORATION, the holding company for U.S. HERITAGE, announced today that the company has finalized an exclusive gaming venture with the Beijing Dadu International Jockey Club. The agreement calls for the right to sell regular social welfare lottery as well as horse racing related social welfare lottery. This is the only approved lottery to run through betting shops in Beijing besides the government.

Had an exclusive right to sell lottery in China?

Provided management of financial services for 10,000 wealthy Chinese citizens in stocks, commodities and equity investments?

Was also approved to build a complete sports and entertainment complex to include tennis, swimming, visual arts/ a vertual realty exhibition center, bowling, gym and health club, but also to develop the support commercial facilities and additional residential complexes?

Had the first priority to do other gaming in China?

Had the project that will also become the site for the International Olympics which is planned for the year 2004?
